In its first two months of launch, Betcris faced low authorization rates due to the limitations of guaranteed ACH processing, frustrating users who wanted to deposit and place wagers.

After Betcris implemented Push Cash’s full multi-network solution, they saw authorization rates skyrocket, eventually reaching over 90%. The increase in successful deposits drove increased revenue and player activity, in addition to improving the customer experience.

What Betcris wanted to solve

Betcris launched in Arizona in January 2025. In order to get to market as soon as possible, PushCash implemented guaranteed ACH-only processing as a temporary solution to enable deposits quickly.

While this approach allowed for a fast launch, the results reflected the limitations of traditional ACH. Approval rates were significantly lower than desired, frustrating new players who couldn’t successfully fund their accounts.

How Push worked with Betcris to solve it

Recognizing Betcris needed higher performance than traditional guaranteed ACH, Push Cash worked quickly to get card network approvals. This allowed Betcris to launch Push's full multi-network solution in March, within ~8 weeks of starting the onboarding process. Authorization rates immediately started increasing, eventually rising above 90% in July.

This far outperforms Betcris’ current ACH solutions, which they see having authorization rates between 50% and 65%.

Users’ preference is also clear - the strong performance led to Push Cash processing more than 5 times as much payments and payment volume as ACH, per Betcris’ internal data.
