How do you ensure compliance with U.S. privacy laws?
Push has adopted a rigorous AML policy even though Push is not itself a regulated entity.
What are your anti-money laundering policies?
Push offers its services only in states that permit internet gaming, only to Operators that are licensed to operate internet games in the particular state, and only to consumers that are 18 years of age or older.
How do you comply with local and international laws?
No. Push handles only the data portions of the transaction. To move and safeguard the actual funds, Push works with trusted financial partners that are themselves regulated. Still, Push is committed to being a strong and effective partner to the U.S. financial system. That is why Push enforces its own voluntary AML policy and OFAC screening, for example.

What languages is the service available in?
Yes, you can use Push Cash on any Operating Systems (e.g. iOS, Android, PC, Mac) or browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox) supported by your operator.
Can I use the service without a smartphone?
For any issue filed directly with the Operator, you should expect disputes to be resolved in 10 business days. In cases where there is incomplete information, or additional information is requested, it may take more than 10 days to resolve the dispute.

What is the process for resolving disputes?
Push Cash will review all available information. Should it be required, Push Cash will work with the Operator to collect additional information. Additionally, Push Cash may contact you for additional information needed to resolve your dispute.
How do I file a dispute?
Your operator should be your first point of contact for any issues associated with your player account. However, if you need to contact Push directly, please email us at support@pushcash.com.
What happens if there's an issue with a payment?
If you have an issue with your payment, please first contact your operator. Your operator will work with Push Cash to help you resolve any issues with the payment.
Can I cancel or refund a transaction?
To refund or cancel a transaction, please reach out to your operator. You will need to provide specific information about the translation (including day / time / dollar amount). Operator will request Push Cash cancel or refund the transaction; Push Cash will complete the cancellation or refund within 48 hours of notice.
Payments and Transactions
Are there limits on how much money I can send or receive?
Initial transaction limits are set by the operator. Push Cash supports the ability for you to request custom, higher limits. Your Operator, at their discretion, may choose to present you with the ability to request higher limits. As part of the process of requesting higher limits, Push will ask for your permission to collect additional information (including bank transaction history and activity on the operators platform).

How long does it take for a payment to process?
Push Cash will authorize the transaction immediately. In the case of deposits, once a transaction has been authorized and confirmed, the funds will be immediately available in your Player account. Note: for certain banks, it may take 2-3 business days for the deposit to be reflected on your bank statement. In the case of withdrawals, once the transaction has been authorized and confirmed, Push Cash will push the funds back to your bank account immediately. Note: In some cases, the Operator may pause withdrawal times to perform additional risk review. If this is the case, the Operator will provide an update on transaction timing.
Will I be charged any fees to use Push Cash?
No, Push Cash does not charge consumers any fees for deposits or for instant withdrawals directly to and from your bank account.
What is your data retention policy?
Push Cash will retain data as long as the company has a need for its use, or to meet regulatory or contractual requirements. Once data is no longer needed, it will be securely disposed of or archived.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized activity?
If you suspect unauthorized activity using Push Cash, please contact your Operator. We will work with you to identify the transactions in questions, take action on them (if required). If required, we will also close your account.
How do you protect sensitive data?
We never share bank account or card information with the operator or merchant, we tokenize all of your sensitive information. Your bank credentials won’t be seen by anyone but you.

If I use Push Cash with another Operator, will I need to reauthenticate my bank information?
Yes, every time that you use Push Cash with a new Operator you will need to reauthenticate your bank account.
Usability and Accessibility
Does Push Cash support all U.S. Financial Institutions?
Push Cash works with almost, but not all U.S. Financial Institutions. To find out if your bank supports Push Cash, you will need to perform the bank authentication process.
Can I use Push Cash with an international bank account?
No, you can only use Push Cash with a U.S. Financial Institution.
Can I link my credit card account?
No, Push Cash is designed for transfers ONLY to and from your checking account and your account with the operator.
Can I link Push Cash to multiple bank accounts?
No, you can only link Push Cash with one checking account.
Do I need to authenticate with Push everytime I complete a transaction?
No, this is only required the first time. All subsequent transactions will just require confirmation. Note: There may be times when you will be asked to reauthenticate, this may be due to your bank credentials expiring or certain risk characteristics of the transaction itself.

How do I use Push Cash for the first time?
When you see the Push Cash logo, simply select it to launch Push Cash. The first time you use Push Cash, you will be asked to enter your debit card and/or login to your checking account by entering your bank username and password. You will then be prompted to confirm the transaction. Once approved, you will receive transaction confirmation from Push and the operator.
Who can use Push Cash?
Anyone with a U.S. Bank account! Importantly, to use Push Cash for the first time you will need to have your debit card in your possession and have your bank login and password handy.
